Privately owned, our Club encompasses 200 acres of rare Illinois prairies, wetlands, woodlands, twelve lakes and numerous creeks. The Dick Nugent designed 18-hole championship golf course is unique, offering a variety of tee placements to heighten the golf challenge. The 7,325 yard, par 72 layout was carefully carved to coexist with the area's natural terrain; you will be awestruck by its beauty. Often referred to as the most beautiful course in the Midwest, Bull Valley provides an elegant setting to entertain business associates, family and friends. Our Members enjoy only the finest in amenities and service at one of the country's premier private clubs.

The magnificently appointed 37,000 square foot clubhouse offers a formal dining room, an informal bar and grill, a stunning two-story stone fireplace, men's and ladies' lounges, locker room facilities and a well-stocked pro shop. The main dining room features a cathedral timbered ceiling and wide expanses of glass offering panoramic views of the golf course and the splendid English gardens. The Terrace Room accommodates up to 200 guests with a dance floor or 250 guests fo meeting and dining functions. Two private rooms on the second floor provide spectacular views of McHenry County and make the perfect setting for business meetings, dinner parties, wedding and baby showers, cocktail receptions and birthday celebrations.

We have not so much created a championship course, as perfected a landscape by adding trees, fairways, greens and bunkers.
